You can load an SQL dump into one of your databases with phpMyAdmin.
1. Sign in to cPanel.
2. Open phpMyAdmin in the Databases section.
3. In the left-hand navigation tree, choose the database that should receive the data.
4. Go to the Import tab.
5. Under File to Import, press Browse and pick the SQL file on your computer.
6. Scroll to the bottom and press Go.
